Are you self-employed? Mortgage loan approval just got easier for you...

Image
In the recent past, self-employed individuals had a difficult time getting approved for home loans. It was labor intensive, expensive and time consuming to gather all the information needed and get approved for a home loan when you were self-employed. Since it took more time and was more expensive, may lenders would not even give those types of loans a chance. But now, thanks to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the process has been streamlined due to their new automated underwriting technology. The new technology allows the paperwork to be processed quicker and more accurately. Even small banks can now consider lending to the self-employed. For more detailed information. you can CLICK HERE. We are not suggesting you go all our and paint the walls neon and have custom furniture made in an array of neon colors.  Pops of color means adding throw pillows to the sofa or living room chairs. You can add pops of color with towels in the bathroom and throw blankets in the bedroom. Try a neon rug in the kitchen or even under the couch in the bonus room. Paint with a light, creamy, neutral color. Chipped and scratched wood floors, try replacing or having them professionally buffed and shined. If your appliances are old or do not match, replace with a new set. By adhering to these few steps, your kitchen will be appealing to potential buyers...and if you are purchasing a new home, keep these things in mind during your house hunting.
